Abandonment from system/society reignites deep rooted attachment issues..
PTSD from war zone-death levels-trauma-vicarious trauma
Lack of self worth. Self worth attached to hyper productivity.
Lack of choice/freedom and safety.
Inability to perform at a high level,perform high level medecine.
Fear of or inability/unwillingness to express vulnerability/gratitude.
Fear of requesting help,as seeing themselves as the ones who need help.
PROPOSE TOOL: Emotions Wheel for staff to carry. Allows for reflection and ability to identify and tune in with a range of emotions instead of using Anger as a blanket emotion.
