Early summer Update

Happy Summer! I hope everyone is finding some time to relax and enjoy! With our regular schedule starting next week, I wanted to send out some reminders to make sure everyone is on the same page going into the season. All of the information below is various reminders, but please read in full, especially if you were not at our information meetings back in April!

Next week (7/5) begins our weekly Wednesday night rehearsals from 6-9 PM throughout the month of July! 

Physical Exams

PHYSICAL PAPERWORK IS DUE TO THE SCHOOL ON 8/1! Paperwork can be dropped off in the drop box outside of the HS or MS. Click here to access the paperwork to print and bring to your exam. 

Remember, students are required to get a physical exam if their most recent one was completed before 8/21/22 (this is most of our members). If you haven't yet, schedule one with your primary care physician ASAP, or you can have it completed at a local Inspira Urgent Care as a walk in for $35. If your paperwork is not cleared before band camp, you will not be permitted to participate in physical activity in camp - it takes time for the paperwork to be processed!

If you are in the small handful of students that received a physical after 8/21/22, make sure to fill out the Health History Update form and place it in the drop box.

Please make sure to take another look through our full season schedule and email me with any conflicts, especially vacations! If you are not on vacation, we need you at our rehearsals - make sure to be there! Membership Contracts: If you haven't turned in your membership contract yet, it's not too late! Please bring it with you to our next rehearsal on 7/5.

Coming Up: Registration through the district's athletic department will be opening one week from today on Monday 7/3! Stay tuned next week for information.
