School Development Plan - 25/26

1. To continue to develop pupils’ independence

Through further implementation of the Flourish Curriculum via Explore, Discover and Grow.

2. Mathematics

To strengthen mental arithmetic and “on the boil” mathematics across the school.

3. Welsh

To develop and enhance Welsh oracy throughout the school.

4.Attendance

To improve overall pupil attendance to 95%.

5. Governance

To continue to strengthen the strategic role and effectiveness of the Governing Body and the new Leadership structure
