EACH Assessment

EACH Trailer.mov

Our EACH assessment is all about EACH child being at the centre of the four purposes. We want to ensure that we are providing a curriculum for where the child is at.

The EACH assessment develops children’s metacognition of where they are within their learning and how to become better learners. Alongside Taith360 we use it as a tool to track each child’s progression.

During Initial activities our pupils reflect and self- evaluate their progress. Our EACH assessment ensure that all children’s learning will be supported and that the teacher, child and parent will share in the learning.

One Page Profile

All About Me

Every learner in the school has a One Page Profile. It captures really important information about them including their goals, aspirations and what makes them happy.

Pupil influenced

At the start of every term our KS2 classes have the opportunity to have their voice heard.  Each class fill out a jamboard which links their topics with the four purposes.

On a weekly basis, our FP talk to their learners about their mini topics. The learners are asked what they would like to learn and reflect on what they achieved

Next Steps and Review

Next Steps

At the start of every term our class teachers review and set next steps for their learners. They sit down with each learner and link them to the four purposes character.

Reviewing Work

Throughout the term our learners are given opportunity to review and upload work to their learning journey. It can reflect them reaching their targets but it can also be something they are very proud of.

The Whole Child

Highlights of Term

Our learners have fantastic opportunities  throughout the school year. They have rucksack days, WOW weeks and many other events.  This section allows our learners to remember what skills they have learnt and comment on it.

Taith 360

Alongside the learners Learning Journey's our teachers use Taith 360 to track the pupils progress. It allows them to look at the whole child and assess where each child is with their learning.
