Getting to see my students break out of their shells at events, and learning more about them as individuals.

It may take time for students to open up, but keep at it because when they do finally open up it is so rewarding.   

Best advice to prospective Fellows:

Try your best and don't be afraid to try different things to get students engaged, Each group is different!
