Most memorable experience as a Fellow:

Planning and hosting First Year Experience events for the students. The events were so fun and I enjoyed seeing the students outside of class. It was a stress reliever for them as well as me! 

Takeaway from the Fellowing experience:

Even the smallest things you do (smile, say hello, ask how they are doing) can have great impacts on people, even if it doesn’t seem like it! 

Best advice to prospective and new Fellows:

Make your best effort to get to know your students! Ask them about themselves, remember their names, say hi outside of class, and ask them how they are doing. You’ll become a familiar face and friend, and make them more comfortable here on campus!
