Reflection:
Since art is a way of communication it can spread awareness. It allows people to have a voice.I hope that viewers will understand that the palos verdes blue butterfly habitat and food is slowly being destroyed. Hence the decreasing locoweed on my bowl.
2. I chose the palos verdes blue butterfly because it's pretty and it stood out to me. The palos verdes blue butterfly is found in California. They live in South Los Angeles, in coastal sage scrub habitat. This animal is threatened because of habitat destruction. The palos verdes blue butterfly usually eats locoweed and deerweed to survive.
