The Global Contacts module serves as the unified customer database for your organization. Accessible from the top navigation bar, this centralized CRM repository consolidates all customer profiles and lead records captured across your entire platform—making them accessible to all active AI agents (Customer Support, Shopping Assistant, and Growth Agents).
The Contacts module aggregates customer data from multiple touchpoints into a single, organized view. This eliminates data silos and ensures that whether a contact is synced from an e-commerce platform or captured in real time by an AI agent, their information is immediately available across all systems.
Located at the top right of the Contacts dashboard, these controls allow you to populate and manage your database seamlessly:
Sync with Shopify: Instantly sync customer records, order details, and profiles directly from your connected Shopify store.
Sync with AI Action: Automatically pull and organize contact data captured in real time through Lead Capture AI Actions across conversational chats and widget forms.
Import / Export: Perform bulk operations to upload external contact lists (via CSV/Excel) or export existing customer records for offline analysis and CRM integration.
+ Add Contact: Manually create individual contact entries directly within the platform.
The page is organized into two primary tabs at the top left:
Contact List Tab: The master tabular view displaying all individual customer profiles stored in the database.
Groups Tab: Allows admins to organize contacts into segmented audience lists based on tags, behavior, location, or acquisition source (ideal for launching targeted Growth Agent broadcast campaigns).
The main contact table presents essential profile attributes for every entry:
Displays the primary identifier of the contact. Sortable columns allow quick alphabetical organization of your database.
Displays the verified phone number (including country code, e.g., +91, +1). This serves as the primary identifier for outbound WhatsApp Broadcasts and AI Voice Calls.
Displays the customer’s email address used for transactional updates, account matching, and cross-channel identification.
Tracks geographic metadata (e.g., Noida, Ottawa, Toronto; India, Canada, United States). These location fields enable location-based audience segmentation.
Identifies the exact origin of the contact record (e.g., Shopify for e-commerce syncs, AI Action for chat captures, or Manual/Import for uploaded spreadsheets).
Located on the far right of each row (three vertical dots ⋮), this menu provides options to view full customer profiles, edit details, assign specific tags/groups, or delete individual contacts.
Search Contacts: Use the search bar (Search contact...) at the top right to locate specific records instantly by name, email, or phone number.
Filters: Click the Filters button to narrow down the contact list based on specific criteria like acquisition source, country, or custom tags.
Pagination Controls: Set row display limits using the page size dropdown at the bottom left (e.g., 10 / page), and navigate through pages using the pagination buttons on the bottom right.
