Zoho CRM Integration

Overview

Exei can be integrated with Zoho CRM to synchronize Leads and Contacts between both platforms. This enables customer information captured or managed in either system to be available across Exei and Zoho CRM.

Two-Way Data Synchronization

The integration supports data flow in both directions:

Zoho CRM → Exei

• Leads from Zoho CRM are synced to Exei.

• Contacts from Zoho CRM are synced to Exei.

• This allows Exei to use existing customer information from Zoho CRM.

Exei → Zoho CRM

• Leads captured through Exei are synced to Zoho CRM.

• Contacts captured or created in Exei are synced to Zoho CRM.

• This keeps customer information available in the CRM for further management and follow-up.

How the Integration Works

1. Connect Zoho CRM with Exei.

2. Authorize the required Zoho CRM access.

3. Exei syncs existing Leads and Contacts from Zoho CRM.

4. Leads and Contacts generated or captured through Exei are synced back to Zoho CRM.

5. Customer information remains available across both platforms.
