Billing in Exei depends on how your account was created and whether your AI agents are connected to a Shopify store.
If your Exei account was created through Shopify and you are using Shopping Assistant agents, billing is handled directly by Shopify.
In this case:
Plan selection is done inside Exei.
After selecting a plan, you are redirected to the Shopify app checkout.
Payments are managed entirely by Shopify.
Charges appear on your Shopify billing statement.
This applies only to organizations connected to a Shopify store.
For organizations that are not created through Shopify:
Subscription plans are visible in the Exei dashboard.
Payments are currently managed by the team, you will get a payment link when you contact them.
Plan upgrades or changes require contacting the Exei team.
Once a payment gateway is enabled, self-serve billing will be available for these accounts.
