Permissions are applied at the organization level and affect how users interact with Exei.

How Permissions Affect the Platform
User permissions determine access to:
AI agents and configurations
Conversations and human takeover
Channels and deployments
AI Actions and automations
Insights and analytics (based on plan)
Settings and integrations
Users only see features allowed by their assigned role.
Managing Access as Teams Grow
As your organization scales:
Add users instead of sharing accounts
Assign roles based on responsibility, not seniority
Review access periodically
Remove inactive or former users promptly
This ensures clean access control and better governance.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
Sharing login credentials instead of adding users
Forgetting to remove access when roles change
Assigning high-level access unnecessarily
Managing permissions without reviewing role definitions
Always refer to Team & User Roles when assigning access.
