Chinatown and Deansgate Shoot (Oct 18):
This shoot was prior to the start of my landscape project as I wanted to capture some pictures of night time city life to give myself a head start on the project, some of these images I really like however I can't seem to find an artist to reference so these will likely remain unused.
Crewe Trainstation and Winsford Shoot (Oct 27/28):
For this shoot I wanted to experiment with the goings on with night time photography at a busy place like a trainstation, to improve on this I will take some more day time photography at Crewe trainstation to show the disparity between people during the day compared to night. I will also attempt to take some day time photography of Winsford as it's a beautiful place that deserves to be captured during the day.
Town Shoot (Oct 31):
For this shoot I was aiming to capture people on their commutes home in town, paired with some reflective shots. I thought it was a pretty successful shoot.
Development Shoot (Nov1): For this shoot i was primarily focusing on the photographer Levi Wedel and wanted to experiment with his techniques of isolation.
Salford Quays Shoot (Nov 14): For this shoot i was focusing on capturing the style of Geoff Moore while simultaneously working on the work of Levi Wedel.
Northern Quarter Shoot (Nov 16):
This shoot was in response of my Simon Buckley research, so i aimed to experiment with vibrant colours that only really glow when there is no sunlight. I was also aiming to incorporate lines of symmetry as Buckley occasionally experiments with this technique. I feel I could improve on this shoot if i had've taken a few more pictures solely focusing on lines of symmetry.
Winsford River Shoot (Nov 19): For this shoot I wanted to expand my portfolio by experimenting with some countryside photography while also doing daylight photography as I haven't really experimented with that.
Salford Quays Reshoot (Dec 1) : For this shoot i wanted my images to be more like Geoff Moore by further experimenting with the different amounts of shutter speed for different light exposures, whilst simultaneously making more of an effort to experiment with reflections as he does.
