Email Parents/Students via Aeries

If you have a Google Classroom, it is very easy to contact students. You can do a simple Announcement or actually email the students directly. But contacting parents through Google Classroom can't be done as easily. But you can email Parents & Students through Aeries. It is a pretty simple process too.

1. After you log into Aeries, go to Teacher Misc --> Send Emails

2. You will see a pop up screen that looks like this. Click on Add Recipients

2. You have lots of options here. You can search by Period/Class or select My Students to pick all of your students

3. Click on the students you want and click Add Selected. If you want the whole list simply click Add All. When you are done, click OK.

4. Go ahead and type in your email as normal. And click Send Email when done. You might see some emails bounce back because of bad email addresses.
