What will you do to assist your RT in setting up a conducive learning environment in the following conditions:
Small group Discussion
I would suggest assigning students to small groups so they can freely discuss a prompt the lecturer has offered. A group member is frequently chosen to present key points from their conversation to the class. Although it may require more preparation, leading a highly structured small-group conversation could give students a richer and more inclusive experience.
Checking class attendance in a virtual classroom
We may now use a variety of techniques to gather student attendance data, including Google Forms, which are among the greatest tools for monitoring attendance in online classes. In the Google Form, you may make an attendance record that you can hand out to the class. The attendance sheet with the timestamp will be self-reported by the class.

The learning space of the students will most probably be Google Meet since it is convenient to use.

By utilizing virtual software programs, broadening their options, and providing them with the option of taking online classes or in-person classes, I believe I can assist the students in creating a learning atmosphere that is favorable to learning. At this time, we also take into account the value of digital.

Given the concepts and the infographic, how can you participate and assist in a face- to face learning environment?
As a future teacher, I may participate in and contribute to a face-to-face learning environment by creating a welcoming, comfortable, and conducive classroom where students feel free to participate in class and ask questions. Students are encouraged to connect with one another, express their opinions, and give comments on material or lessons. In order to improve the quality of their task output, I will also let students work both independently and in groups to build their social, creative, and analytical thinking abilities. Additionally, I think I will be able to use a range of teaching techniques that will greatly benefit and support face-to-face learning given that we are using this new curriculum. I think I can use technology to make my classes more interesting for my students and to inspire them to consider and explore their learning.

Explain your answer.
I prefer that my learners will be in the same room as me because learning can really be fun and feedback is more reliable since you can talk and have a conversation with them in person.

REFLECT
1.As a future teacher , I feel that on-line learning can be safe if the teacher uses the right amount of creativity. For students to be aware of what to avoid and report when completing coursework online, we realized it was crucial to define online security. Students are better prepared to form secure online habits in the future thanks to this awareness, which gives them the knowledge and abilities they'll need. Additionally, it instructs Internet safety can be improved by teaching students how to use the internet ethically and responsibly, even when they are not working on academic assignments. I think this is an instructional example.
2. I think that teaching in a virtual learning environment will be fascinating and thrilling for me because I'll be able to deliver my courses using a range of software apps and online resources. But since I only have a fundamental grasp on how to use online learning environments, I think virtual teaching is challenging. To learn how to use those apps, I'll thus need to attend webinars or seminars.
3. What insights you have gained in this unit?
I learned that there are pros and cons when it comes to the new online set up that we are facing today and as a student, I have learned to adapt to the change. We cannot control the circumstances that we are facing and adaptability in this part can be crucial for our learning experience.

The common problems that I have encountered are Ineffective Time Management, Lack of Instant Communication, Not Receiving Timely Feedback and Not Receiving Clear Instructions or Expectations.

I would solve this problem by giving intervention and proper coping strategies for the students.

The initial plan that I intend to solve is the Ineffective Time Management of the students.

To further enrich my knowledge in establishing classroom routine and procedures, whether in remote virtual learning, these are some of the online resources which help me in these activities;
