Yes, the three components are constructively aligned because the assessment part met the objectives that we in the planning part and the execution of the plan which is the implementation of the lesson.

2. Will the outcomes be achieved with the teaching methods used? Why?

Yes, the outcomes will be achieved with the teaching methods used because it catches the interests of the children and they are actively engaged in the learning process because they are interested on how it is delivered.

3. What components would tell if the outcomes have been achieved?

The component that would tell if the outcomes have been achieved is through the assessment or evaluation component where the scores of the children or their results will be the basis if the outcomes have been achieved.

1. Do SMART objectives make the lesson more focused? Explain your answer.

It is true that the SMART objectives make the lesson more focused because it creates an objective that sticks to the intended outcome and focuses of what is achievable and relevant in the lesson proper.

1. What lesson have you learned in developing or writing a lesson plan?

I learned that when writing a lesson plan, the objectives must be SMART or the acronym for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-Bound. This is to keep the learning outcomes aligned with the objectives and the students can really understand the lesson.

2. What value will it give to the teacher if there are three components are aligned?

The teacher will deliver the lesson effectively if the three components which are the planning, implementing, and assessing. If the planning of the teacher is written accordingly, then the implementation of the plan or the delivery of the lesson will be attainable and the students will be able to understand it which will reflect on the assessment part of the learning process.

Lessons learned in determining SMART learning Outcomes

I have learned a lot in determining SMART objectives and one of it is these are very helpful in creating good learning objectives in planning a lesson. These five elements are the key to a well-written learning objective and these must be observed in an objective to effectively teach a certain lesson. SMART can create structure in class time because it determines the information that you need to teach the children and what kinds of activities that are needed in order to let them engage in the learning process. This also saves time since you already know what to do and you just have to focus on the learning process.
