Description: This course covers beginning and intermediate concepts and skills, for industry-standard word processing, spreadsheet, database, and electronic presentation software.  Students have the opportunity to obtain state certification through Utah CTE. It counts for the CTE computer requirement and Concurrent Enrollment credit through Weber State University is also available.

Description: An exploratory course designed to introduce students to the basics of computer hardware, web development, programming and cybersecurity. Learning is project based and designed to teach essential technology skills used in a variety of careers.

Description: An introductory course to programming using the Python language. This course teaches how to design, code and test your own programs as you learn essential programming concepts including variables, loops, conditionals, functions and classes, providing students with the skills required to solve real-world problems through code.

Description: Web Development is a project-based introductory course designed to guide students in the development of up-to-date concepts and skills used in the creation of today’s websites. Students will learn the fundamentals of how the Internet works by using the basic building blocks of the World Wide Web: HTML5 coding and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

Description: Explore the history of games and learn how to create your own in this introductory course! We'll delve into using the Unity Game Engine (the same engine behind popular games like Among Us, Beat Saber, Hollow Knight, Hearthstone, and Pokémon GO) to develop video games. Additionally, learn how you can use 3D printers and Laser Engravers to craft your own board games.

Description: An introductory course on using modern operating systems to enhance organizational security, understanding weaknesses in wireless and wired networks, and implementing practical applications to protect your data from cybercriminals. The course will also prepare you for the CompTIA Security+ industry exam - one of the top entry cybersecurity certifications.
