If you wish to host a WKTL bid tournament in 2026, you MUST host a WKTL tournament in 2025 following all requirements detailed in this guide.
WKTL bid tournaments must submit a request to WKTL via the form above within 4 weeks of the start date for approval.
Minimum of 16 throwers in Knife. If hosting Knife Duals, minimum of 6 teams
Minimum of 40% of entry fees used for the prize pool, following payout depth requirements
At least 1 Certified Judge per 16 throwers
Collection of Player and Team IDs for all disciplines and organized roster to WATL standards

Must adhere to standards and guidelines of seeding, brackets, and finals formats
Rosters must be submitted to WATL for seeding 48 hours before the tournament starts. Failure to submit rosters by the requested date/time could result in an unseeded bracket and the de-sanctioning of your event.
WKTL seeding is determined following the conditions below:
In the most recent season (or tournament if no league season data), the highest single match score + overall match points average (to the second decimal).
For example, highest single match score = 55, overall average = 46.68, total seed score = 101.68.
All WKTL tournaments will be seeded internally by a WKTL staff member. Rosters must be shared in the appropriate format to the Tournament Manager on or before the requested date in order for seeding to be done properly. Be sure that rosters are complete and player names matching the app as closely as possible no later than the Thursday @3pm ET before your tournament
