WKTL Discussion Group if you are hosting a WKTL tournament
Submit your event to be added to the Total Axe worldwide calendar

"Save The Date" post 1-2 weeks before your planned registration opening
On the day that registrations open, post to all groups
Throughout the open registration period, try not to post more than once per week in any single group. Space posts out between the groups, so as not to post in all of them on the same day.
EX) Monday - WATL group, Tuesday - Axe Throwing Tournaments, Thursday - The Sport of Axe Throwing, etc
Reminder post 1-2 weeks before registrations close
Good to include how many spots are left (if capping)
Last call post 1-2 days before registrations close
Post the day after your tournament to congratulate the winners!
Communicate pertinent information or any scheduling changes directly to throwers via email and post it in the Facebook Group/Event that was created. (Don't rely on ONLY Facebook to relay changes!)
Information added to event page after registrations opened
Scheduling changes
Prize pool changes
Meet and greet/after party information
Try to use different ads/posters/graphics each time you post
Make your posts FUN!
Use memes and GIFs to spice it up and catch more attention
Use videos/short clips
Film something fun in your venue, interview throwers, venue tour, local highlights or places of interest, etc.
Make sure to ENGAGE on your Facebook group, event, and posts
Your engagement drives more views to the posts.
Post updates, menus, schedules, etc into the group/event to keep it active and engage the participants
