In your admin access panel on the left-hand side, click on the Tournament page.
From the Tournament panel - click the Add Tournament button on the top right-hand corner.
On The Add Tournament page, you can set the name, date, time, and discipline of your event.
You will now see your tournament populated in the tournament field. Click on your tournament to proceed.
We do not recommend adding players to the App until it is time to seed. This way you ensure the exact players that are seeded are in the App, and no one is missed being added (or taken out if they cancel).
Click on your newly created tournament
Click ADD PLAYER
Add players via one of the options:
Add players in bulk
Copy IDs from your roster and paste them into the bulk box (1 ID per line)
Click Bulk Add, players will populate below where you can double check the names are correct
Click Add All and the players will all be added to the bracket
Search by individual Player ID
If a thrower has not provided an ID, you can search for them by first name, last name, or email address. Do this BEFORE creating a new account in case the player has an existing profile
Create new players
If a player has never been registered in the App before, add them with the information provided on your roster
For Duals tournaments, follow the same steps above using the Team ID.
