Keeping an organized roster of all your participants is extremely important. This roster will be how you determine prize pool payouts, seed and build brackets, and communicate with your throwers. Seeding is built into the template linked on this page, so be sure to input correct player/team IDs and names as they appear in the app.
Your registration link must collect all required information.
Player Name
Player ID
If doing Hatchet Duals or Knife Duals:
Team ID (or if new team, team name)
ID of both teammates
Name of both teammates
It is your responsibility to ensure all of the information submitted is correct. This includes correct Player IDs, duplicate players, making sure players are listed under the correct disciplines, no player is missing from the list, etc.
Make sure to check players submitted the correct ID to you. You can check this in the App under the "Players" tab by searching their name or ID
Remember: Player IDs are always 2 LETTERS and 2 NUMBERS. Ex) AA22. Team IDs are always 1 LETTER, 2 NUMBERS, then 2 MORE LETTERS. EX) T22AA.
Be sure to vet any values entered incorrectly such as O's, 0's, L's, 1's, i's, etc.
Don't add players to the App until it is time to seed the brackets. This way you ensure the exact players that are seeded are in the App.

If there are any players who need a Player or Team ID created, you must do this before sending your roster to WATL.
For adding new Duals teams, create a test tournament and add the teams to get their Team IDs. You can delete the test tournament once all new teams are created.
