All WATL sanctioned tournaments must use the WATL web application. Unless approved by a WATL employed official, not using the scoring App could result in the de-sanctioning of your tournament and loss of all applicable circuit points.
A $5 per player per discipline fee is charged for app use. We highly recommend passing that fee onto the throwers at registration. IF you do this, you MUST put a disclaimer somewhere at checkout or in your communications to throwers that $5 of each registration will be used for App fees. If not, throwers will expect your prize pools to be higher and it may cause issues.
The WATL app works best in Google Chrome.
ALWAYS open the WATL app in an incognito/private window. Will eliminate any cache/cookies from interfering with the app systems.
ALWAYS make sure your tablet/laptop has fully updated software, or the app may not run properly.
This feature lets you close off specific lanes to assign matches to the correct lanes during the tournament.
If your venue is running with less than 15 lanes, you can close the additional lanes for the tournament.
If you must close a lane for maintenance, you can deselect it until it is up and running again. You can also reassign matches to a different active lane if the match needs to be moved for any reason.
