Insurance for courier partners

From the 29th of July 2021 we offer all courier partners in Slovakia accident insurance through the Onsi insurance platform. This insurance is free for you and valid whenever you are online on the Wolt platform. 

To get all the information you need to register. Onsi will send you registration instructions via email and then you will see all the details of your current insurance in the Wolt Courier Partner app, and in the same place you will also be able to report any claims.

The entire claim approval process can take 15 to 20 days. Once approved, you will receive the money in your account within 5 days.
