What si the gear deposit for freelancers and company courier partners?
The deposit for the equipment is 50€
You do not have to pay anything in advance, the deposit will be deducted from your first earnings (you can earn this amount in about 5-6 hours of delivery).
We will refund the deposit as soon as you decide to end the cooperation and return all equipment. The deposit will not be returned in full, if you do not return all gear which was given to you.
The deposit will be paid to your account together with the earnings for deliveries.
In the partner application, you can check that the deposit has been returned (in the profile, under the equipment column).
⚠️ If you collaborate with one of our partner fleets, the equipment deposit may be different. All information will be provided by the fleet representative.

If you started your collaboration with one of the fleet partners AFTER 15.07.2023 please address all your questions and requests regarding the courier gear directly to yout fleet manager.

Courier gear for car:
BLUE SET
Delivery gear for car (2x blue bag, 2x cooling gel. Blue bag for cas has thermoinsulating qualities and serves as a heating bag (for warm orders) as well as a thermobox (for cold and frozen orders).
⚠️ Refrigerated and non-refrigerated orders must be placed in separate bags.
BLACK SET
Delivery gear for car (1x big black bag, 1x heating plate, 2x inner/small bag)
+ Thermobox and cooling gels
⚠️ You can exchange a damaged black car set for a new one, and when requesting a replacement, you need to upload a photo of the damage via the "add to cart" box. Link to gearstore.
Courier gear for bicycle :
Delivery bag for bicycles
2x cooling gels
Clothes:
T-shirt (cotton/ dri-fit)
Jacket (summer/ winter)
⚠️ If you are interested in a thermobox, you can order 1 x new car bag that will replace the thermobox.
⚠️ Refrigerated and non-refrigerated orders must be placed in separate bags.
