The application monitors your cash balance and informes you, when you receive the maximum cash balance - in the application - section FINANCES.
📲 After accepting your first cash order, you will be able to see new sections in the app - FINANCES.
💰 The maximum amount of cash, you can reach before offloading the cash to a partner branch is 200€.
💵 To facilitate cash return to customer we inform customers to pay with the lowest paper bills possible and the maximum value of cash order is 100€ + delivery.
🏧 The deposit must be made within 7 days of exceeding the maximum amount of €200. Otherwise your profile will be set offline.
🎫 It is not possible to accept meal tickets as a payment for cash orders.
Basic process
Hand over the cash order to the customer only after the customer has given you the full amount of cash for the order.
After delivering the order to the customer, it is necessary to mark the cash order as delivered in the application. This step needs to be done only when you actually had received the cash from the customer.
🕗 WHEN TO OFFLOAD CASH
If you exceed the daily limit of €200, you will still be able to continue delivering (as long as you don’t go offline), but you will not be offered cash orders. Once you go offline, the app will not allow you to go online again until you deposit the full amount of cash so that your cash balance is €0.
If you do not deposit the cash from the previous week by Tuesday 16:00 at the latest, your deliveries will be temporarily suspended. In such a case, you must deposit THE FULL AMOUNT so that your cash balance becomes €0.
The partner app has a functionality that checks your cash balance after each deposit.
If you deposit any amount of cash, your cash balance must always be below €30; otherwise, it will not be technically possible for your profile to go online. The cash balance below €30 applies only if your profile was not taken offline. If your profile was taken offline, you must deposit the FULL AMOUNT.
It is still necessary to deposit the FULL AMOUNT. If you do not deposit the full amount, the app will allow you to go online, but your profile will be taken offline again once any of the limits is exceeded.
⚠️ Example 1: You have €85 in cash and deposit €50 – the app will not allow you to go back online because your cash balance is €35.
⚠️ Example 2: You have €85 in cash from the previous week and deposit €60 – the app will allow you to go back online because your cash balance dropped below €30. However, your profile will be blocked again because you didn’t deposit the full amount (€85).
HOW TO OFFLOAD CASH?
📲 In the application in the section FINANCES you can see your current cash balance, which you need to offload to the partner branch of DEPO.
📍 You can find the offloading spots with opening hours on this LINK.
🔢 At the branch, identify yourself with your courier ID and indicate, how much you want to offload.
💰 Always offload the full amount shown in your partner app.
🧾 After successfully completing an offload you will receive a confirmation from the staff.
📊 After short while, your cash balance will be updated in the app and your offload will be seen in the offload history.

Do not mark the order as delivered until you receive such instructions from support.
If the customer cannot pay, the support will guide you to where to take the order.
If you have to take the order somewhere, you will be entitled to compensation.
