We are really happy to announce that our technical team came up with possibility to give tip to our courier partner after delivery, which we launched on the 12th of October.
Tip can be give only through card pay (not through Apple pay or Google pay)
Tip can be given only in the review process, not through order history

Courier partners perceived that currently some orders are disproportionately better valued and others are undervalued. Therefore we created the following changes, which will come to effect on the 1st of August:
We will redistribute part of the minimum task fee into distance fees, so that courier partners will get more accurately paid for their efforts in every delivery.
We will adjust the minimum task fee for the additional order in a bundle, picked-up from the same location. Because if two orders are picked-up in the same location, it requires less time and effort in comparison to a pick-up from two different locations. As a result the minimum task fee for additional orders in a bundle will be slightly reduced and on the other hand, the fee for single tasks and tasks with a longer pick-up distance to the venue will be higher.
We are constantly analyzing and reassessing the payment model based on the feedback from courier partners and data available to us.
The goal of these changes is to make the algorithm work more efficiently by ensuring that the order will be accepted by the first partner courier to whom it is displayed, which will then be reflected in the smooth delivery process. At the same time, customer behavior is also changing and the number of long-distance orders is increasing, which we want to make equally attractive.
The goal of these changes is not to reduce courier earnings, but to increase the efficiency of deliveries and the functioning of the algorithm. We are increasing the distance fee to make long-distance orders more attractive, responding to changing customer preferences.
The behavior of our customers is changing, as they no longer only order food from restaurants, but also various products from our wide selection of retail venues, even outside the city center. To maximize your earnings, it is ideal to actively deliver without waiting for specific orders. After these updates, we want to achieve that the total fee for the delivery of all types of orders is calculated objectively.
We're updating our payment model to better align with the effort required for each delivery. We believe in fairness and want to ensure that your hard work is accurately paid for.
For example, if you're picking up two orders in one location, we recognize that it requires less effort than picking up orders from two separate locations. The minimum task fee for each additional order in a bundle will therefore be slightly lower, as we have redistributed part of it into pick-up for separate orders and orders with a long distance to the venue.
When you reach the maximum amount of cash (€200), you will be notified about it in the app. After going offline you will not be able to go online until you offload all collected cash, as you can see in the pictures below.
