What are the steps, when delivering an order?

The type of vehicle you have set in the system can be identified by the icon on the map in the application.
If you wish to change your vehicle type, please contact support through the application — they will update the setting in the system for you.
Please remember that each delivery type requires specific courier equipment. If a courier does not have the appropriate equipment for their delivery type, they must order it through our online shop CLICK (if you are self-employed / a limited company), or through their fleet in the case of fleet couriers.

As soon as a new order is assigned to you, it will appear on the screen and you can accept it by clicking on "Start" button.

The procedure is as follows:
Click on the order summary and check the venue note.
Enter the venue when the time is 0 min, or earlier only, if the order is marked as ready.
In order to prevent situations, when a part of the order is missing or customer receives a wrong order, it is necessary to carefully check the contecnts of the order in the venue.
⚠️ If you are delivering a cash order, hand over the order to the customer only after you have collected the whole amount of money for the order.
⚠️ When delivering the order to the customer, always ask the customer for the name, and only after the customer has told you the correct name, hand over the order to the customer.
⚠️ The customer is always collecting the order from the delivery bag.
