Requesting equipment for additional vehicle:

If you need gear for additional vehicle, you can order it through our website (if you have a bike and want to drive a car - vice versa)

Exchange or return of damaged gear: 

If you want to exchange damaged gear, take a photo of the damage and order a replacement through our website. State a reason for replacement and upload a photo of the damage. 

Fill in a form below and print a label you will receive in the email. Put the gear in a box and stick the label to the box and subsequently choose a DEPO branch of your liking and hand over the box. 

If you started your collaboration with one of the fleet partners AFTER 15.07.2023 please address all your questions and requests regarding the courier gear directly to yout fleet manager.

Parking within the Hotel Grand on Kuzmányho street
When entering the Kuzmányho street, you will see 2 oarking spots marked as reserved for Wolt. In case these 2 spots are taken, use any parking spot within the yard. To park here, it is necessary to have blue "Supply" card.
Parking within the Hotel Grand in the pedestrian zone
You can park directly within the pedestrian zone next to Hotel Grand. You can enter this parking spot after you report vehicle registration number. Every courier partner can report only one vehicle registration number. If you do not deliver any order within 1 month, your registration number might be deleted. If you want to report your vehicle registration number again, contact us through chat support in the app.  
Parking next to the Hotel Boss
Parking next to the lower ramp. Entering the parking place is from the Pivovarská street. Necessity of the blue "Supply" card.  

Entering the pedestrian zone next to the Hotel Grand
To be able to park here please fill in the form below. Use this granted permission only whilst delivering. Vehicle registration numbers will be deleted after 30 days of inactivity.

Important reminder: Only one vehicle registration number can be assigned to profile. In case of a change of vehicle registration number, please contact us through chat support in the app. To add vehicle registration number you have to know your courier ID.
