If you want to change your contractual or bank details, open the courier app and select the specific topic in the support chatbot. There you will find a form through which you can submit the data to be updated.
The change will be processed during the next few working days.
⚠️ Requests sent on the 1st, 15th, 16th or on the last day of the month will be rejected due to payments processing.
If you want to change your cooperation type, it's necessary to send a request to partnersczech@wolt.com from the email address used on your Wolt courier partner profile.
The last possible day to send such a request is the 25th of each month (including).
⚠️ All requests sent between the 26th and the last day of month will be automatically rejected.
By sending a request to change the type of cooperation, you agree to the fact that we will set your profile to a stage where you can submit a new application.You will be able to choose a new contract type during your profile's onboarding stage.
After you submit your new application, Wolt will approve it as soon as possible, as long as it meets the requirements of our onboarding process.
Please keep in mind that Wolt can reject your request for cooperation type change.
In order to change the cooperation, and not have your request rejected, you:
must have all cash returned
cannot be in the process of contract termination based on the decision of Wolt or your employer (fleet)
cannot have your contract terminated based on the decision of Wolt or your employer (fleet) before sending the request for changing cooperation type
