If you want to change your contractual or bank details, open the courier app and select the specific topic in the support chatbot. There you will find a form through which you can submit the data to be updated.
The request must be confirmed directly in the courier app (the confirmation message will automatically appear in the courier app, or you should be able to find it in the News & Updates section).
The change will be processed during the next few working days.
⚠️ Requests sent on the 1st, 15th, 16th or on the last day of the month will be rejected due to payments processing.

The last possible day to submit a request is the 25th day of the month (inclusive).
⚠️ All requests submitted between the 26th and the last day of the month will be automatically rejected.
By submitting a request to change your cooperation type, you agree that your profile will be set to a status allowing you to submit a new application. During the onboarding phase, you’ll be able to choose a new cooperation type.
Once you submit the new application, Wolt will review and approve it as soon as possible, provided it meets the requirements of our onboarding process.
Please note that Wolt reserves the right to reject your request to change the cooperation type.
To ensure your request is processed, you must:
return all outstanding cash,
not be in the process of having your cooperation terminated by Wolt or your employer (fleet),
and not have had your cooperation terminated by Wolt or your employer (fleet) before submitting the request to change your cooperation type.
