Bee Sting Care Plan

Please see the attached form and have it completed by a health care provider if your child has an allergy to Bee Stings that requires the use of Benadryl and/or an Epi pen. If your child requires the use of an Epi pen and they carry it with them, please see the page for Emergency Medication Self Carry, as that form will need to completed as well.
