Things to consider: How much Rent do they want to pay? Where is Suffolk County do they want to live? How many bedrooms/bathrooms do they want? Are utilities included in the monthly rent payment? What provisions do they want to have put into the lease (ie. sublease/assignment/pets/overnight guests/parking?)
