Individual therapy provides a space to better understand your emotions, relationships, behaviors, and experiences while working toward meaningful and sustainable change. Sessions may focus on processing current stressors, exploring patterns, building coping skills, improving communication and relationships, or working through trauma and emotional dysregulation. Therapy is tailored to the individual rather than following a rigid structure or one-size-fits-all approach.
Group therapy offers clients the opportunity to build skills, gain support, improve interpersonal effectiveness, and feel less alone in what they are experiencing. Our groups are trauma-informed and influenced by DBT concepts and skills while still allowing space for discussion, connection, and real-life application. Groups may focus on emotional regulation, relationships, coping skills, trauma-related themes, or other shared experiences.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured trauma therapy approach used to help clients process distressing or traumatic experiences that continue to impact present-day functioning. EMDR can be helpful for trauma, anxiety, negative self-beliefs, emotional reactivity, and experiences that continue to feel emotionally “stuck” despite insight or traditional talk therapy.
Text coaching provides additional support outside of traditional therapy sessions to help clients apply coping strategies and DBT-informed skills in real time. Coaching may focus on emotion regulation, distress tolerance, communication, boundaries, impulsivity, or navigating difficult situations as they arise. The goal is to help bridge the gap between understanding skills intellectually and actually using them in everyday life.
Diagnostic assessments provide a more in-depth evaluation of symptoms, emotional functioning, behavioral patterns, and clinical concerns in order to help clarify diagnoses and treatment needs. Assessments can help clients gain a better understanding of what they are experiencing and support more targeted and effective treatment planning moving forward.
Clinical supervision is available for clinicians seeking support with professional development, licensure, case conceptualization, clinical skills, and navigating challenges that arise in practice. Supervision focuses on developing both clinical competence and confidence while creating space for reflection, discussion, and growth.
Consultation services are available for clinicians, practices, and professionals seeking additional guidance around trauma, DBT, BPD, emotional dysregulation, clinical cases, or practice development. Consultation can be ongoing or short-term depending on the needs of the individual or organization.
