Week of April 19-23
I can try my best on the Physical Fitness Testing for the Spring.
Students are asked to perform Physical Fitness Testing on their own at home with a Partner. The first test, the students will do a Sit up test. They are to try to get as many sit ups as they can in 60 seconds. They will need a partner to keep track of time and how many sit ups they do. The 2nd test is the Pull Up test. Find a bar and try to do as many pull ups as they can. The 3rd test is a mile run. They can map out a mile path or go to the track to run 4 laps. They will need a partner to time their run. The assignment is posted in Google Classroom and students are asked to fill out the Google Doc with their results. This is due by April 23.
