Oct. 11-14 Students will learn about teaching licenses and endorsements as well as observing Friday in the elementary or middle school classrooms.

Sept. 19-23rd Chapter 3

Students will complete a study game and create their own lesson plan on diversity in the classroom. Directions are posted on Google classroom. Class shortened Monday and Friday.

Students will need to respond to their emails and confirm observation times for next week with classroom teachers.

Sept. 12-16 Students have a 2-5 pg. teacher interview paper due Monday Sept.12, 2022- some have been given extensions until Tuesday Sept. 13th due to teachers schedules.

Chad Sussex- guest speaker on how to use technology in the classroom. (TBD)

Thursday. Quiz over Chapter 2

Sept. 1- Sept. 2nd -Students will begin reading Chapter 1 in the textbook and watch the video "what do teacher's make" If you are gone, please answer the questions and email them to me. We will be completing them during class discussion. Complete Chap. 1 study guide. Due before Monday.

Aug. 29-Aug. 31 In case of absence, please have student review slides for Chapter 1. Quiz on Sept. 9th

Aug. 29th-Sept. 2

Students will complete a learning styles inventory, read 1 chapter of their choice in "My first year as a teacher" and prepare 5 open-ended discussion questions to lead their group discussion.

Before the end of the week, we will review chapter 1 in class.
