140th Celebration of Willington Prep - 28th June 2025 from 7pm

Next week will see the launch of the ticketing micro-site for the ball… The QR code and/or link will come to you via a re-top email and also via class reps. The tickets are priced £130pp which will include canapes and welcome drink, a further two courses seated at your table, three bottles of wine per table of ten, two stacked bars, live music and DJ, silent auction, magician and casino games!

For a short period (until 9th May), we are also offering a reduced ‘early bird’ rate of £120pp.

We are using a new event management system that will allow guests to not only purchase tickets, but also be kept informed of all key information for the event and even get involved with the auction items via their phones on the night… There will be a very short registration process but tickets will be able to be purchased individually and by the table. We are doing all we can to create a memorable black-tie ball for all you wonderful parents, staff and alumni; and look forward to seeing you all at the Cherry Red Records / AFC Stadium in just a few weeks.

We would ask you all to mark your calendars again please so, that we can try and fill the venue and raise some valuable funds for the school and our charity partners alike!

In the meantime, please do spread the word, think about making up a table and encourage as many people as possible to get involved to make this a memorable event for our school community.
