Willington Prep - Celebrating 140 years - 1885-2025
After a hugely successful assembly performance, Reception children began exploring playing a range of instruments in a cumulative 'music market' song. Much enjoyment was had by all as the different sounds and techniques were explored, and sharing was caring as the players rotated around the circle trying out the full offering! Year 6 continued their studies of film music, while preparing for their production at the end of term is foremost in their minds. Year 5 children are taking the lead in their class samba ensembles and we began learning Carnaval de Paris, a famous world cup anthem.
