Nursery
This week in Nursery has been an exciting one as we explored the colourful world of fashion and textiles. The children thoroughly enjoyed learning about clothing, materials and the role of a designer.
One of the highlights of the week was designing and decorating our very own unique T-shirts. It was wonderful to see the children's creativity shine through as they explored patterns, colours and their own individual styles. We are so proud of their imaginative work and can’t wait to show off their fabulous designs!
The children have also been busy creating something very special for Father’s Day. Each child has lovingly made a handmade card and craft to celebrate their daddy. With lots of creativity, care and thought these treasures are sure to bring big smiles and joy on Sunday. What a lovely way to say “Thank you, Daddy!”
We also continued with our letter of the week – ‘L’. The children enjoyed learning how to pronounce the sound through the Jolly Phonics song and by finding ‘L’ objects around the classroom such as lollies, lemons, a ladder, lips, leopard and lamb. It was a fun and engaging way to explore this letter and its sound!
