POW

This week POW kicked off the autumn term with the first second hand uniform sale of the school year!

Thank you to all the parents who came out and purchased uniform; a total of £2,162 was raised!

This school year all the funds raised by POW will go toward an exciting makeover to the junior playground area the school is planning to execute during the 2026 summer holidays. While the school itself is already allocating the necessary funds to complete this makeover, POW is taking on a goal of raising an additional £20,000 to support the project and ensure the resulting new playground is really top notch!

As you may have already heard, POW has recently undergone its own makeover in that there is no longer a fixed term commitment to join POW; single event volunteers throughout the year are most welcome! Please email pow@willingtonschool.co.uk if you’re interested in volunteering for a future POW event.
