Kingdom of the West

Teacher Bio:

Lady Rudaba has been actively promoting dance throughout the plague times. Most recently, she organized a Ball in the West Kingdom that featured an hour of Italian dances, half of which she led over Zoom. She has worked on period dances, modifying them for solo performance at Bardic Circles, and at times shared the stage with other dancers to bring a more familiar feel.

First joining the SCA by dancing in Lochac, she is indebted to the West Kingdom College of Dancers for feeding her body and mind. Come join us on Wednesdays, there are snacks and dinner!

Danze Sedici

15th Century Easy Italian Dances- Rostiboli Gioioso and Petit Riens. Come listen to pretty music and refresh your dance memory or learn these anew! The reason for the Italian title will be revealed at the start and end of class, so come and have some fun!

Note: The more floor-space you have the better, but in a pinch it can be done while listening on a phone.
