Paying your TUITION fees

• Tuition Fee Payment: Must be made before the due date each trimester, please refer Important Dates

• Check Important Dates: Updated yearly around September for effective financial planning.

⚠️ NOTE: In case you have attended the Education Finance Program (EduFin) with monthly installments, ignore this section, and follow tuition announcements and deadlines sent separately by Bella Group.

💸 Payment Instructions

Step 1: Go to: Invoice Portal
Step 2: Log In: Use your Stage 1 student email with Google.
Step 3: View Details: Check tuition amount, due date, and payment status.
Step 4: Make Payment: Click “Make payment” in the “Action” column.
Step 5: Payment Method:

• Scan QR Code using your banking app or e-wallet (Momo, Zalo Pay, Viettel Pay).

Mon-Fri: 8:00 - 12:00 & 13:00 - 16:00;  Sat: 8:00 - 12:00

✅ Check Payment Status

• Wait a few minutes after payment; if the status changes to “Paid,” your payment is recorded successfully.

• Keep Payment Records for confirmation.

• Only transfer tuition fees to the specified bank account.

• Do not include insurance fees in this transaction; refer to the Insurance Policy section for details.
