Understand the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors using the CBT model (think-feel-do cycle)
Lessons in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors address the SEL competencies of Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Skills, and Responsible Decision-Making along with the CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Theory) components of Psychoeducation, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Coping.
