Since February, I have committed to going to the gym every day to improve my physical fitness, build discipline, and establish a consistent workout routine. This experience has pushed me both physically and mentally, teaching me the importance of perseverance and self-motivation.
At the start, maintaining consistency was challenging, especially on days when I felt unmotivated or tired. However, over time, I developed the habit of pushing through these moments and staying committed to my goals. I have also learned more about workout techniques, strength training, and the importance of recovery, which has helped me make steady progress.
Beyond physical improvement, this experience has reinforced valuable life skills such as discipline, time management, and resilience. Going to the gym daily has become more than just exercise—it has taught me the value of consistency and effort in achieving long-term goals.
Learning Outcomes:
Identified own strengths and developed areas for growth→ Recognized my determination but worked on improving endurance and strength.
Showed commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences → Maintained a daily gym routine despite challenges like fatigue and lack of motivation.
Demonstrated that challenges were undertaken, developing new skills→ Learned proper workout techniques, strength training principles, and injury prevention.
