Learning outcomes
Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth
Students can see themselves as individuals with various abilities and skills, of which some are more developed than others.
Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences
Students demonstrate regular involvement and active engagement in CAS.
For my CAS Activity, I played badminton regularly over the summer. Badminton is a sport I really enjoy, and it was great to have the time to play more consistently. I looked forward to each session because it kept me active, refreshed my mind, and allowed me to do something I genuinely love.
Playing regularly helped me improve my skills, especially my footwork, timing, and accuracy. I also became more aware of strategy and how to react faster during games. Even though I already liked badminton, doing it more often helped me become more confident and consistent on the court.
This experience reminded me how important it is to make time for things that bring me joy and keep me healthy. It also motivated me to keep building on what I’ve learned and continue playing whenever I can.
