All partners who have an exhibition stand, a masterclass or a startup island, the Partner Success team will have already shared your official stand number and location with you.
Please note, masterclasses for Collision 2024 will be held upstairs in Beanfield Centre.
Collision 2024 will run from June 17-20. The action will kick off on Monday, June 17 with our opening night party in Grand Bizarre. The exhibition floor will be open from June 18-20, with early access for partner ticket holders from 7.30am.
Please note talks, roundtables and masterclasses will begin at approximately 10.15 am each day (June 18-20).
You’ll need to register and collect your lanyard and wristband in order to gain access to Collision.
Your ticket can be found by logging into the Collision mobile app and clicking the box on the homepage or the "My ticket" section in the drop-down menu
Please note: You must present a national photo ID at registration to receive your accreditation

Main registration will take place at Beanfield Centre from Sunday, June 16 to Thursday, June 20 which is located directly beside the Enercare Centre.
Attendees are advised to pre-register so they can access the venue promptly on event days.
The Partner Success team has assigned your tickets to your designated ticket manager. You can find a breakdown of the ticket types here.
Each Collision ticket is assigned to a specific individual and is valid for the duration of the event. There are no day tickets available for Collision.
If you are bringing someone under 18 please contact the Partner Success team who can advise on the process.
Chairperson and Executive ticket holders have access to Forum, our exclusive speaker's lounge, throughout the event.
All tickets must be assigned by June 14.
The Collision App is available on the IOS App Store and the Google Play Store.
To access our app, your ticket manager will need to assign you a ticket.
Once your ticket has been assigned you will be able to access our Collision mobile app which is available to download here.

Your company profile displays your company information.
Each profile has the option to feature up to 6 attendees.
This provides an easy way for attendees to reach out to your team directly.
When an attendee clicks to "Connect" with this profile, they will be added to your list of company leads.
Any attendee perks, jobs board posts or talks featuring someone from your company will also be hosted on this profile.
The connection feature is available to all attendees on the Collision app.
This connect button can be accessed from each attendee's personal profile
Once you click 'connect' they'll be sent a connection request. Once they accept they'll be added to your 'Connections' section.
This can be accessed from 'connections' in the main menu by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of your app.

This lead scanning function is controlled by the ticket owner and can be enabled from your ticket dashboard.
This can be accessed from the bottom navigation bar on the home page of the mobile app.
There will be an option to toggle the company scanning on/off.
Once you scan an attendee they need to approve the scan on their app.
Any attendees scanned by your team in company scanning mode will appear in 'Leads' in the main menu by clicking on your profile picture in the top left-hand corner of your app.

Each company profile on the Collision mobile app has a QR code that can be scanned to connect with that profile.
When an attendee scans the QR code they will be prompted to consent to sharing their information with that company.
QR code scans will appear in 'Leads' in the main menu.
Partners can avail of various lead retrieval packages from our third-party supplier, Zuant, who offer a ‘classic and pro’ package.
Zuant packages can come with additional features and benefits such as:
A leads dashboard
Customisable questions
One step scan approval

Collision’s opening night party – Monday After Hours, powered by Dell Technologies – will take place at Toronto’s Grand Bizarre on the evening of Monday, June 17, from 6pm - 12am officially kickstarting the event.
You will need to have registered and collected your event accreditation in order to access the party. Event registration opens at Beanfield Centre from 12 pm to 10 pm on Monday, June 17.
Stage content begins on Tuesday, June 18 at 10:15 am at Enercare Centre.
Collision doesn’t end with the last talk of the day. At Collision After Hours, we hit the streets of Toronto together.
Our attendees get exclusive access to our Collision After Hours venues, so make sure you bring your badge and wristband. Don’t forget your ID, and remember that most bars will only accept debit or credit cards.
You can add these events to your schedule using the mobile app.

Please note the sizes apply from 8.30 am onwards. Before this partners are allowed to bring in boxes or large bags through security.

Access to the event floor will only be available from 7:30 am on Tuesday, June 18 and you may want to drop some small packages to the venue in advance. If you would like to use this service please let the Partner Success team know in advance and they can introduce you to the venue supplier with further instructions.
The drop-off service will be running from 7 am - 6 pm on Sunday, June 16 and 7 am - 12 pm on Monday, June 17.

If you are bringing any merchandise to the event, please remember Collision have a zero-tolerance stance against single-use plastic on-site.
If you are hosting a masterclass, please remember to bring your presentation on a laptop and HDMI adapter if necessary.
Please note: Pop-up banners are not permitted at Collision.

The use of tripods is restricted
At all times, the crew should have an image release form available when filming in any areas attendees are or may be in.
