Your 15-second advert will be played on one digital screen. The advert will play on your chosen content track. Your Partner Success Manager will confirm which day(s) your advert will be played.

One advert file is to be submitted only.
The video must be 15 seconds long and have no audio. Any advert files longer than 15 seconds will not be accepted.
All video advertisements are subject to review by Web Summit.
The scheduling of the advert will be at the discretion of Web Summit.
The video advertisement must be of broadcast quality. Please see an example here.
Please use the template provided to submit your advert.
We recommend avoiding oversaturation of text to allow attendees time to take in the message.

All text-based content must be inside the red line zones, with the video file filling the entire screen.
In this template, there is a recommended text size for titles and call to actions. This will ensure your message can be read from a distance at the event.
Your video’s resolution must be 1152px (width) x 1536px (height) with a frame rate of 25fps. The video must be H.264 MP4 and we recommend a bitrate of at least 20Mbps.
The video must be 15 seconds long and have no audio.
When exporting your video, please name it in the following format - ConferenceNameYear_DigitalBanner_PartnerName.mp4 (e.g. Collision2024_DigitalBanner_CompanyXYZ.mp4)
