Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept changes to artwork after May 12, 2023. After your artwork has been reviewed and approved by our design team, we send it to print and it cannot be changed after this. We will be unable to send any artwork for printing after the May 12 deadline.
All activations must remain within the dimensions of your allocated space.

Due to operational parameters, partners are not permitted to bring their own screens, mounts or stands. All screens – and their appropriate mountings – must be hired from the Collision partner store.

Yes, it's possible to create more than one account if multiple parties will be ordering for the same partner. Please contact your Partner Success Manager if you would like to set up an additional account.
Your Partner Success Manager can create your account for our partner store. You will be sent an email asking you to activate your account and create a password. You will then be able to log in and browse the Collision partner store.
Please contact your Partner Success Manager with the reason you would like to cancel your order, and they will be able to advise you on the best course of action.
You can request to pay by wire transfer. Please note: All payments must be completed by May 25, 2022, or your order will not arrive onsite.
Yes, you can bring your own furniture. You'll be able to organize this with our shipping partner. Please ask your Partner Success Manager for an introduction.
You can either use the Collision mobile app to scan attendees and connect via the app, or use Zuant to scan attendees at the event. More information and guidelines on both options can be found here.
You can contact all Collision attendees through the Collision mobile app. It will be available to download on both Android and iOS in April.

It's possible to change the information on your partner profile, including your logo and more. Please ask your Partner Success Manager to make the required updates.
While we will not engage directly with your relevant embassy, we can supply you with a letter confirming you will be attending Collision in order to support your application. You can request a letter by signing into your attendee profile here. You will need your ticket reference to sign in. The ticket reference can be found in your confirmation email or on your ticket dashboard. The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada Special Event Code for Collision 2022 is: 22COLL
Once you have been assigned a ticket, you can find it by requesting your log-in link on our ticket dashboard. Once you have registered, your ticket will live on your Collision app.
There is no need to print your ticket. To gain access to the event, you will need to download the Collision app from the Google Play Store or the App Store. To access the app and get your ticket, you must enter your email and your ticket reference code.
Any partner bringing staff to work at their booth will have to assign them tickets from their allocated partner tickets.

Tickets must be collected by each individual ticket holder, who must provide a valid photo ID at registration in order to receive their accreditation.

As standard, masterclasses are theatre style layout, with AV and furniture supplied. You cannot change the room layout due to the time required for this and also as it decreases the capacity of the room.

Collision runs from Monday June 26 to Thursday June 29, 2023. The event floor and content stages are open from 8.30am until 5pm (EDT) Tuesday to Thursday. Our Opening Night party, Monday After Hours powered by Domo, takes place on Monday June 26 at Grand Bizarre. Talks, roundtables and masterclasses will begin at approximately 10:30 am each day.
Partners will have access to the venue from 7am on Tuesday June 27, Wednesday June 28 and Thursday June 29.
Collision After Hours is open to all Collision attendees, and is first come first served. You will need to register and bring your accreditation to gain access.

Members of the media can apply for media accreditation here. Please note: Applications for media accreditation are subject to our media accreditation policy.
Camera crew tickets must come from the partner's ticket allocation, and should be kept to one camera operator and one assistant. Media passes are issued to accredited journalists and crew only.

Filming is restricted at all stages. It is not permitted for anyone to film stage content.
Photography is outside of union jurisdiction. Videography is exempted from a union operator if it is related to marketing or promotional video development. If the recordings are made for seminars or other similar purposes you must have IATSE Utility Camera positions on the call. News outfits do not require union support if they are conducting news activity such as interviews, live to air, news casts, and other similar typical activities of a news/media house.
You can use your own shipping partner, but we ask that you notify the Collision shipping partner to confirm your items are sent to the correct location. Please ask your Partner Success Manager for an introduction. If you do decide to use your own shipping supplier, there will be a drayage fee charged by the venue's shipping company to take your items from your supplier.
There is no storage at your booth. You have the option to hire a lockable cabinet from the partner store. Please note: The deadline to confirm all your store orders is May 25. Alternatively, you can organize storage through our shipping partner. Please ask your Partner Success Manager for an introduction.
There will be security in the venue overnight, but please note that they will not be located at any booth. Collision is not responsible if items left unattended go missing overnight.
Once your startup is approved and confirmed to attend Collision, they will receive an email with a link to assign their tickets. Each startup will receive 3 tickets for their team to attend.
Your Partner Success Manager will send you a partner startup form, which you are required to circulate to your startups, requesting them to complete it as soon as possible. Only startups that fill out the form will be reviewed. This form has a set of specific questions which will decide the correct track your startup will exhibit through at our event. If approved, they will be assigned to the relevant track (ALPHA or BETA).
Startups that are not being placed within a dedicated partner startup island will exhibit for one day in their chosen industry-vertical. Particular exhibition days cannot be requested.

Friday May 6 is the final deadline for submission of an attendee perk if you want to be included in the campaign launch. We can facilitate perks beyond this date. Please submit perks through this form.
