We had a PEP RALLY at the end of the day to kick off the school year!!!
Mr. Jones (Assistant Principal) and Mrs. Yates (7th Grade Counselor) gave a presentation and welcome to all 7th Graders.
Students completed ice-breaker activities that focused on communication and collaboration today in both Social Studies and Language Arts.
Students received an Elective Change Form in case they were assigned the wrong elective classes. These must be signed by a parent and returned to 7th Grade Assistant Principal, Mr. Tevin Jones, by Friday. Students are expected to continue on their original schedule until they receive a new schedule from Mr. Jones.
Students completed Icebreaker and Team-building activities.
Students created their team Social Contracts and reviewed classroom procedures for each of their Core classes.
Students received instructions for how parents can sign up for Talking Points (similar to Remind, another messaging system).
