If you are applying to this college/university via CommonApp, you must add your school counselor to your account. This allows your counselor to upload your transcript to your application. ALL colleges/universities on your CommonApp will be able to access this transcript.
You can send your transcript to ANY college/university in North Carolina for FREE through CFNC. If you are applying to a NC college/university and NOT using CommonApp, you MUST send your transcript using CFNC.
If you are applying to a college/university that is NOT on the Common App and is NOT a North Carolina school, you MUST send your transcript using ScribOrder.
Under "Reason for Request" click the box marked "Other"
Under "Information Type" click the box marked "Career and College Promise"
You will receive an email with your digital transcript which you can upload to your Wake Tech CCP account.
Midyear transcripts (transcripts showing your Semester 1 grades and updated GPA/rank) will be available during February of your senior year. If a college is requesting first semester grades by an earlier date, you may self-report or send a screenshot of your grades from PowerSchool.
If the college or university is asking for a midyear transcript or updated grades and uses the Common Application Program, counselors will upload midyear transcripts to Common App once they are available in February.
If you need a midyear transcript sent to a college or university in North Carolina that is NOT on Common App, you must request this through your CFNC account.
If the college or university needs an updated transcript and is outside of North Carolina, continue to use ScribOrder.
Many colleges and universities ask that you self-report your 1st semester grades. If this is the case, then you would not need to request a transcript.
