Level Change Request closes- COMPLETE THIS FORM BY 11/10/25

• Requests will only be considered at the end of 1st Quarter.

• Student has attended tutoring/Caps Connection throughout Quarter 1.

• Student and parent have met with teacher to discuss remediation and reteaching strategies

• Student and parent have completed the Level Change Request google form after reaching an agreement with their teacher

• The first quarter grade earned by the student will be carried over and applied to the new course.  Student will receive a “WP” (Without Penalty) on their transcript for the course from which they are withdrawing. 

• The student’s schedule may be altered in order to accommodate the level change (this includes lunch).

Wake Tech CCP- Applications for Wake Tech CCP Spring semester are open. Students interested in taking a course through Wake Tech should review the CCP website as well as the BHS CCP process. Registration for classes opened November 4th. Students currently enrolled in CCP classes must complete a continuing student application to register for classes in the spring.
