The Qur’an is the sacred text of Islam

In Muslim homes, the Qur’an is wrapped to keep it clean and is placed on the highest piece of furniture in the room.
Anyone who memorizes the whole Qur’an is given the title of hafiz or “memorizer.
Most children learn Arabic to read the Qur’an in its original language.
