The Virginia Tech Foundation has implemented a new online deposit application to be used for all Other Income deposits. Other Income deposits are all non-gift and non-grant related deposits into Foundation funds. This new application can be found at https://vtf.org/deposit.
Electronic submission via the app replaces the paper form.
When physical deposits must be made to the Foundation, submit the deposit information through the app. You’ll be presented with a confirmation number both onscreen and via email. Include this number within the deposit package then deliver it to the Foundation office for processing.
Please contact Cindy Kelley at cindy.kelley@vtf.org with any questions regarding the use of this application.
Review the University's procedure to ensure that private funds are used appropriately for business-related expenditures in compliance with donor restrictions and applicable regulations. These funds are reported in the University’s financial statements and are subject to audit by both University and foundation auditors. Purchases should align with the University’s mission and must not create conflicts of interest.
